The next edition of Mining Week & MinePro 2025 – the Fourth International Mining Exhibition – is taking place in Ulaanbaatar, the capital city of Mongolia. This prestigious forum is recognized as one of the largest events in the region dedicated to the mining sector and serves as a platform to showcase the industry’s current achievements as well as its future opportunities.

For the first time, the official delegation of the Republic of Uzbekistan is taking part in this exhibition on a large scale. In particular, the Ministry of Mining Industry, the state enterprise “Navoiyuran”, the foreign geological company “Uzbek Overseas Geology Company”, “Navoiy Mining and Metallurgical Plant” (NMMC), “Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Plant” (AMMC), the Uzbekistan Metallurgical Plant, as well as the Uzbekistan Technological Metals Plant are presenting their stands, showcasing the country’s rich natural resources, advanced geological exploration works, modern mining technologies, and industrial potential to the international community.

Within the framework of the exhibition, Uzbek companies have held introductory meetings with foreign partners, exchanging views on their capabilities and prospective areas of cooperation.

This year’s Mining Week & MinePro exhibition has brought together nearly 300 large and small companies from 14 countries. The event program features international conferences, panel discussions, innovative presentations, and cooperation meetings, all aimed at enhancing efficiency in the mining industry, ensuring environmental sustainability, and improving the investment climate.

This prestigious platform serves as an important opportunity for Uzbekistan to widely promote its mining and metallurgical potential, to establish long-term partnerships with foreign investors and leading companies, as well as to introduce modern and innovative approaches across the sector.
